 BREAKFAST

A few years ago, we watched a program by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall where he explored the breakfast habits of the British nation. He asked the question; with all of the delicious food that we have access to, why do we settle for sugar coated cardboard?!

Following this, my sister read me her meal plan for the week (we have shared food ideas for a long time, it's not something either of us particularly enjoy!)  Cereal was only in her family meal plan twice for that week.

I thought great! I'm going to follow suit!

We haven't looked back, loving the colourful, nourishing, filling start to our day!

The only difference is that I plopped the mixture into 12 muffin trays, used doTERRA Cinnamon Oil (instead of powder) and added a few blueberries on top.

We sided these delicious bursts of flavour with

1 carton of Oatley Cream

and a scoop of Meridian's Cocao Nut butter.
